Perennial SMP at a glance

Perennial SMP is a Java Edition survival server based in the United States that emphasizes a semi-vanilla gameplay feel with a twist. Its game modes center on long-term, player-driven play, including a rich plugin set that expands vanilla without breaking it. The server runs on version 26.2 and welcomes players who want to build, explore, and participate in a slowly evolving world rather than quick resets.

Players on Perennial SMP engage in long-lasting builds and community lore, with plugins like Marriage Master, Bluemap, Excellent Enchants, and Blaze and Caves Advancements that add depth to the standard survival experience. The server prioritizes mega builds and lore, regenerating unused land rather than performing a full reset after updates, and it supports streamers who broadcast from PSMP. This creates a steady, collaborative atmosphere for players who enjoy extended storytelling and robust world-building.

The server is LGBT+ friendly and 16+ focused, fostering an inclusive environment where friendships and long-term projects can flourish. It suits players who want a steadfast world with ongoing seasons and a growing lore archive, rather than a fast-paced, must-survive-now experience. Joining is straightforward: players can connect through its join address 65.110.45.125:25575, and then explore its website or its Discord to get involved and stay up to date with ongoing revamps and community events.

In the server's own words

PSMP is a 16+, LGBT+ friendly, semi-vanilla server. We chose the name “perennial” because it means “lasting or existing for a long or apparently infinite time”. At PSMP we choose to keep seasons going as long as the players want to. We do not reset unless the server votes to reset!

Additionally; we have several fun plugins that tweak the traditional vanilla experience including: - Marriage Master (marry your friends!), Bluemap, Excellent Enchants (adds more enchantments), Blaze and Caves Advancements (adds over 1,000 new advancements), Higher Heights (which adds 2k blocks above build height), and more!

-We do not reset with every update, instead we choose to regen the unused land. This is because we love to encourage mega builds and lore (which we have some of from previous seasons).

-We also welcome streamers into the server, as our owner streams all the time from PSMP! We are also currently developing a rich server lore for all kinds of play styles.

We are currently revamping the server, as the owner had to take time off for health reasons and play time has gone down a bit. However, this just means that every new person joining has a chance to make a BIG impact on the server!

So, if you want to create long term builds and long term friendships, join our discord! We hope to see you soon <3
