Most SMPs make you choose: anarchy where nothing lasts, claims where nothing can be touched, or nations buried in rules. Arcland is the middle ground.

BALANCED DESTRUCTION Mining in enemy claims is slowed evenly across almost every block, so obsidian turtling doesn't work. TNT and fire are toned down in the Overworld, so bases get damaged and repaired, not wiped.

GROUNDED COMBAT No totems, crystal PvP, or maces.
