Spear SMP Minecraft server

Spear SMP is a Java Edition Minecraft server focused on survival with an economy-driven twist. It combines cross-play, economy, PvP, and survival gameplay in a large-scale SMP setting, inviting players to build, trade, and compete within a community of up to 1,000+ simultaneous participants. The server emphasizes a unique starting premise where players spawn with a spear and mace, steering the early game toward item sales and strategic combat as core progression elements.

Players on Spear SMP actively engage in gathering, crafting, trading items for wealth, and hunting other players to gain power. The economy aspect rewards savvy trading and resource management, while the survival and PvP components provide tension and competition. The blend of these modes supports both social interaction through commerce and competitive play through combat, all set within a Java-focused, server-wide experience.

Its Discord community offers real-time coordination and social channels, alongside a storefront-based system that supports in-game progression and custom content. Spear SMP’s friendly ecosystem is well-suited for players who enjoy long-term world-building, competitive encounters, and cooperative or rival interactions within a tight-knit community.

Joining Spear SMP is straightforward for players on Java Edition who want to participate in its economy-survival framework. The server promotes cross-play and large-capacity attendance, and it supports ongoing community activity through its Discord and its official storefront. Interested players should connect using the join address spearsmp.io, then follow in-game prompts and its website or its Discord for setup and rules.
