PeanutSMP Minecraft server

PeanutSMP is a Java Edition Minecraft survival server focused on community-driven play. It blends vanilla-style gameplay with long-running features like an in-game economy, mcMMO, Towny land claims, and a relaxed, no-grief policy. The server supports a large, welcoming environment with room for 1,000+ players and emphasizes casual, cooperative building and trading rather than competitive play.

Players on PeanutSMP build and explore in a safe, friendly setting where you can establish towns, shop with chest-shops, and participate in server-wide progression. The community aims to be welcoming to both new and returning players, offering a simple path to rewards through voting and gameplay progression. The server’s description highlights free-rank incentives on joining and a focus on friends, creativity, and low-stress fun.

The server operates primarily for Java Edition players and has a presence in the United Kingdom. To join, use the join address org.peanutsmp.com, and then connect through its website for more details or its Discord community. PeanutSMP also maintains an active wiki and community channels that document features like player warps, shops, and ongoing world expansion. Its cross-platform ethos and versioning suggest ongoing updates aimed at stability and accessibility for both Java and Bedrock players via crossplay, with the core experience remaining a laid-back survival towny economy server.
