Nightfall at a glance

Nightfall is a Java Edition Minecraft server that blends economy, factions, PvP, and SMP gameplay in a kingdom-style setting. Players can create their own towns, form alliances, start wars, and build as they vie for control across the realm. The server features a Konquest season with siege-style gameplay where captured settlements strengthen a kingdom’s position and threaten rivals, along with a PVE arena that includes custom mobs and a new armour pack and quests to earn money and XP.

Players join Nightfall to forge their path within a persistent world characterized by a 5k x 5k Overworld border (no border in the nether and the end), and live through dynamic kingdom conflicts. It suits players who enjoy strategic town-building, territorial conquest, and competitive PvP, all set within a structured economy. The server supports Java Edition players on version 1.21.4, ensuring compatibility with recent Minecraft content and mods.

The community is centered in the United States and is supported through a Discord community, offering a social hub for coordination and events. Joining is straightforward for those on Java Edition, and the server address to connect is play.nightfallmc.org. Those seeking additional information or community engagement can refer to its website or its Discord for updates, events, and announcements.

In the server's own words

Nightfall MC

The drums of war echo across the realm. Five kingdoms rise from the shadows, banners snapping in the cold wind. Each vows to claim the land for their own, but only one shall stand victorious when the dust settles. This season, the world of Nightfall will burn with the fires of Konquest. Towns will not simply be built—they will be taken. The weak will fall. The strong will carve their names into history. Choose your kingdom. Swear your allegiance. Stand beside allies as you lay siege to enemy towns, claiming them in the name of your banner. Every captured settlement strengthens your kingdom’s hold and drives the others closer to ruin. The night is coming, and only the ruthless will thrive. Will you defend your land? Or will you march under moonlight to claim another’s? Nightfall – Season of Konquest.
