KingSMP at a glance

KingSMP is a Java Edition server focused on factions, PvP, and a cooperative survival experience. It combines classic vanilla gameplay with structured progression through evolving classes and a kingdom system, aiming to blend competitive combat with cooperative nation-building. The server’s stated aim is to be approachable for casual players while still offering PvP and ongoing updates, including weekly content additions.

Players on KingSMP engage in choosing a class, leveling its grade, and forming or joining kingdoms. Core features include a kingdom system with claims and outposts, alliances, diplomacy, a banking and taxes framework, and kingdom-based wars. The economy is described as low-key, with upcoming shops and a quest-driven progression path tied to royal factions and class upgrades, giving players long-term goals within a relatively simple kickoff experience.

It is described as bilingual and France-based, with community channels such as a Discord for players to connect and coordinate. Joining is straightforward for Java players, and the server provides cross-platform guidance for other editions via its site. To connect, use the join address kingsmp.mine.fun. Its website and its Discord are the primary channels for information and community interaction.
