NyxSMP at a glance

NyxSMP is a Java Edition Minecraft server built around chaotic, event-driven gameplay. It combines an event-focused SMP experience with an economy-driven world, offering cross-play, PvP, and a persistent-but-also episodic playstyle. Located in the United Kingdom, it runs on Java Edition and supports players using version 1.21.11.

Players jump into live, fully scripted events where chaos is carefully designed and scripted. There’s no long survival grind on the Events SMP; sessions are high-energy and temporary, with bases that aren’t meant to endure. The Economy SMP adds a separate layer of persistence, featuring player shops, trading, and empire building. PvP scenarios include strategic use of maces and TNT minecarts, with alliances and rivalries driving ongoing drama.

The server is especially suited to streamers and content creators who want dynamic, watchable moments. It offers structured PvP storylines—wars, betrayals, and shifting loyalties—within both the Events and Economy modes. Content creators will find the environment conducive to filming and storytelling, while players seeking competitive, social play will find plenty of engagement.

Joining NyxSMP is straightforward for Java Edition players on version 1.21.11. Connect using the join address play.nyxevents.xyz. For community and discussion, it has a Discord community you can join, but there are no external links included in this listing. Its website or its Discord provide further information and community chat.

In the server's own words

Looking for a chaotic, event-driven Minecraft SMP experience? We’ve got that — and our own economy SMP too.

Welcome to NYX SMP — built around live events, scripted chaos, and a second world where your empire actually lasts… if you can defend it.

What we offer:

Event-Only SMP – No boring survival grind, just high-energy sessions Fully Scripted Events – Every session is carefully designed chaos PvP Story Scenarios – Wars, betrayals, and alliances built into each event No Permanent Bases (Events SMP) – Build for the moment… or watch it get destroyed Content Creator Friendly – Perfect for streams and videos

NYX Economy SMP Economy-driven gameplay No end crystals – cleaner, more balanced PvP Maces & TNT minecarts allowed – strategic and explosive fights Bases Aren’t Safe – Build it up… or defend it before it gets raided Player shops, trading, and empire building Alliances, rivalries, and player-driven drama

Important: The Events SMP is ONLY online during events — everything is temporary and story-driven. The Economy SMP is persistent — but nothing is truly safe.
