PlanetCore at a glance

PlanetCore is a Java Edition survival server set in the United States. It runs on version 1.12.2 and is accessible through the Java address 66.70.132.250:25582. The server emphasizes exploration and mining within a multi-layered underground world, where players dig deep to reach the core and face increasing challenges with each new rock tier.

Players venture downward through layers, each 256 blocks deep, uncovering valuable ores in darker, hotter depths. Progression relies on crafting a better pickaxe to break successive rock tiers, unlocking deeper sections and new resources as they go. The core concept blends traditional survival gameplay with a mod-driven underground experience.

PlanetCore supports a Discord community and is designed for players who enjoy a modded, digging-focused adventure in survival mode. It is suitable for players who want a dedicated Java Edition server with a clear progression path and a community hub to share tips and updates. To join, players should obtain the modpack via its Discord and connect using the join address 66.70.132.250:25582. For more information about the mod itself, curious players can explore its CurseForge page through its Discord

In the server's own words

The deeper you go, the hotter it gets and the more dangers you encounter. Go to my discord server, here an invite link: https://discord.gg/vZGP28c

You need to download the modpack in my discord in order to join my server.

Planetcore add many layers underground where you can dig all the way to the core and inside, located below 4800 blocks deep. Each layer are 256 blocks deep and consist of a new rock tier with more valuable ores. You need to find the best ores in each layer and craft a better pickaxe in order to break the next rock tier.
