Ragnarok at a glance

Ragnarok is a Java Edition Minecraft server that blends survival with structured gameplay features. It centers on an enhanced survival world with a player-based economy, a collection of minigames, and a prison style element in its overall design. The server also embraces a variety of build contests, including themed builds and art challenges, with at least one contest typically held each month.

Players on Ragnarok can expect to participate in a mix of activities, from managing in-game currency to competing in diverse mini-games and contributing to builds and art. Unique elements include usable guns within the server and a morality-test style entrance that determines the initial path of play based on adherence to posted rules. The community emphasizes quality interactions, preferring a smaller, friendlier player base over larger, less curated ones.

The server is aimed at players who enjoy economy systems, competitive mini-games, and creative building within a survival framework. It suits those seeking a more selective community and a variety of playstyles, all hosted on Java Edition. It resides in the United States and can be joined via its Java address: ragnarok.icu. For more information about accessing the server, players can refer to its website or its Discord to connect and learn about joining procedures.

In the server's own words

This server is an enhanced survival world where you can do everything you can imagine. We have a player based economy. We have added usable guns in our server, we have a myriad of different types of mini-games, we have tons of build contests of all types including themed builds and art contests. We usually have at least one build contest a month.

The entrance to the server is very unique in that it is a morality test. We want to see what kind of person you are and we have developed a test to determine this. If you fail the test or fail to follow the rules posted during the test you will most likely be banned permanently or if you are lucky jailed for a short time.

We believe in quality over quantity in our player base. We would rather have 30 of the nicest people in Minecraft than have 60 dirtbags.

Come give us a shot you WILL NOT regret it.
