A Whole New World at a glance

A Whole New World (AWNW) is a whitelist Minecraft network that started as a Survival server and has grown to host multiple servers linked through one shared lobby. The network covers several play styles within one community, including Survival, Skyblock, and Creative, while maintaining an emphasis on a social, friendly environment. Its presence on Java Edition and its version listing align with a 26.2 build, reflecting ongoing updates to keep gameplay current. These details are supported by community and server listing data that refer to mc.awnw.net and the 26.2 version.

Players who join AWNW are part of a staff-supported community that runs regular events and contests as part of its activities. The server emphasizes meeting new friends, hanging out, and taking part in mini-events, build contests, and other community-focused activities within a family-friendly whitelist setting. The server’s design centers on a single, unified lobby that connects its varied game modes, so players can switch between Survival, Skyblock, and other activities without leaving the main hub.

The server is a Java Edition release, and joining is done by connecting to the network’s address mc.awnw.net, with additional onboarding available through its website for whitelisting steps. Prospective players should visit its website to register and submit a whitelist application, then await review and approval from staff. This process is typical of AWNW’s approach to maintain a curated community and ensure compatibility with its whitelist rules. Its Discord is mentioned as a companion channel for community interactions as part of the joining experience.
