TarnishedMC at a glance

TarnishedMC is a Java Edition Minecraft server focused on a medieval survival experience with a player-driven world. The server runs on version 1.21.11 and emphasizes a long-form, story-rich gameplay rather than simple combat isolation.

Players explore a large Iris-generated map, participate in noble houses with history and rivalries, take on medieval jobs, and engage in a fully player-driven economy. A quest system guides exploration deeper into the world’s lore, while seasonal events shape what happens next based on player choices. Custom gear, furniture, fishing, cosmetics, and a progression system reward time and loyalty, with skills that develop as players invest more time in Tarnished Isles.

The community targets players who enjoy immersive roleplay, community politics, and long-term progression within a shared medieval setting. It suits those who like PVP through the Coliseum, as well as cooperative or competitive mini-games such as jousting and capture-the-flag.

To join, use the server address play.tarnishedmc.net. Its platform is Java Edition, and players can experience this world with the specified version and features on PCs, with the option to engage via its Discord for community interaction. Its location is United States-based, aligning with its regional focus and player base, and ongoing development points toward expanding noble houses and siege events in future updates.
