MelVille Minecraft server

MelVille is a Java Edition server focused on PvP and survival, running a vanilla-style experience with a semi-vanilla raid atmosphere. It operates on the 1.16.5 version and blends raiding, survival play, and light plugin-assisted protections with no economy. Essentials-style protections guard spawn, and players can use basic commands like /sethome and /tpa to find and visit friends or bases.

Players engage in base raiding and PvP within a hard mode setting, where there are no chest protections or player block protections. The server keeps things straightforward while offering some conveniences, such as Set Homes and simple rules, to maintain a fair and competitive environment. Raiding and PvP are allowed, so players should be prepared to defend or attack bases as they explore the 100k map governed by a 50k world border.

MelVille is suited to players who enjoy a competitive, raid-friendly Minecraft experience on Java Edition, with a United States location and an active Discord community for coordination. The server runs on solid hardware to minimize TPS lag and delivers a stable play environment. It provides a straightforward join path and mentions an emphasis on keeping gameplay classy, with staff available to assist as needed.
