Age of Sauron 5.0
Lord of the Rings Mod server for 1.7.10

Age of Sauron at a glance

Age of Sauron is a Java Edition Minecraft server that centers on a Lord of the Rings modded experience. Run on version 1.7.10, it combines Economy, Factions, PvP and Survival gameplay to deliver a faction-focused superstructure built around Middle-earth lore.

In this server, players participate in land and faction management through an interactive map that shows provinces, resources and ongoing conflicts. Factions can claim territory and wage siege warfare, while PvP arenas and combat systems provide competitive play. The experience is designed to feel like a living LotR world, with strategic elements for territory control and faction advancement.

Its setup leans into a long-running LotR modded framework, with a focus on multiple factions to join and a map-driven progression that guides players through territorial expansion and influence. The combination of a crafted modpack and a classic 1.7.10 Forge environment creates a distinctive niche within the older modded Minecraft scene.

It is based in France and primarily targets players who want a heavy, lore-rich faction server on Java Edition. To join, interested players should connect to the server address ageofsauron.my.pebble.host. Its website and its Discord provide the pack and community access needed to get started.
