GroundZero Minecraft server

GroundZero is a Java Edition Minecraft server that centers on a heavily modded zombie apocalypse experience. The server lists Economy, PvP, and Survival as its game modes, and it is run from the Netherlands. It is accessible through its Java address 23.109.46.163:25678 and is described in community listings as a modded, zombie-survival world rather than a pure vanilla experience. GroundZero is noted to have an active Discord community for players who want to connect outside of the game. These basics place GroundZero as a compact, community-driven modded server with a focus on competitive play and cooperative survival.

According to the server’s own description, players survive by facing hordes of unique zombies, exploring ruined cities, and hunting for hidden loot rooms with rare items. The world includes open-world exploration, secret traders with exclusive weapons and upgrades, and frequent airdrops that deliver valuable loot while inviting competition from other players. Base-building, resource gathering, and teamwork are emphasized as core gameplay elements, with progression and encounters designed to heighten tension as night falls. This combination aligns with a PvP-enabled, survival-forward experience in a modded environment.

GroundZero’s status as a Java Edition server with a defined version (26.3) and its Netherlands hosting area make it a distinct option for players seeking a localized modded zombie survival setting. The pairing of a two-pronged experience — a round-based, zombie-focused mode and an open-world survival mode — provides players a choice between tighter, wave-style challenges and expansive exploration with faction dynamics. Joining is straightforward for Java players who want to dive into this particular zombie apocalypse world: 23.109.46.163:25678, its website, or its Discord are the typical entry points for new players.
