EarthMC Minecraft server

EarthMC is a long-running Java Edition Minecraft server that centers on a geopolitical Earth-map experience. It uses cross-play features to connect players across different platforms and emphasizes nation-building, towns, and trade within a unique Earth-like world. The server runs on Linux and presents itself as a community-focused Earth SMP with a structured, world-scale map.

Players on EarthMC typically engage in creating and managing towns within nations, forging alliances, trading with other players, and exploring a recreation of real-world geography. The experience combines survival gameplay with towny-like governance, allowing players to develop settlements, participate in regional politics, and collaborate or compete with others as part of larger nations.

The server targets players who enjoy a persistent, community-driven world where geography and diplomacy matter. It supports Java Edition players and maintains an active Discord community for coordination and events. To join, players should connect using the official Java address play.earthmc.gg and then follow the on-site directions to access the EarthMC world on its website or its Discord for community updates.
