RimWood at a glance

RimWood is a Java Edition survival server described as a borderless, long-term world for adults. It emphasizes a vanilla-first experience with a Hard+ survival focus, optional PvP, and a 18+ whitelist. The EU-hosted environment and English-speaking community underline its calm, mature atmosphere, where players can build, explore, and advance at their own pace without world resets or a pressured tempo.

New players start in RimHeart, a central town with guides and services that lead into the wider world. Beyond RimHeart lies a true survival experience that values exploration, architecture, and gradual progress. The server supports land claims and anti-cheat measures, with a structure that encourages individual projects and long-term growth rather than high turnover.

RimWood runs on Java Edition and is currently associated with version 26.3, reinforcing its stance as a modern, Java-only community. The world is designed to be borderless and non-restrictive, with no mandatory rush and no pay-to-win incentives. Players have the option to engage in PvP, but the emphasis remains on quiet, respectful play and personal space within a small, carefully moderated environment.

To join RimWood, use mc.rimwood.one. For further information and community resources, players can consult its website and its Discord server for whitelist applications and ongoing updates.

In the server's own words

RimWood: A Borderless Survival World for Adults 🌍

A world for people who know what they want from their time.

RimWood is a small, long-term Minecraft Java survival world for adults: a place to step away from real life, build something worth keeping, explore without borders, and play at your own pace.

📋 Highlights

· 🔞 18+ whitelist · 🤝 Friendly, calm, respectful English-speaking community · ☕ Java · 🌱 Vanilla-first — modded clients are strongly discouraged · 🇪🇺 EU hosted · 🌲 No wipes · 🚫 No pay-to-win · 🌍 No world border · 🧭 No player-to-player teleport shortcuts · ⚔️ Hard+ survival · 🛡️ Optional PvP · 🐢 No rush

Your space is yours. Your time is your own.

RimWood is run quietly and consistently. Staff protect the world and help when needed, but your game remains your own. The same respect is expected for every player and everything they build.

We welcome builders, explorers, hermits, and mature long-term players. Build near others, or disappear beyond the horizon. Travel and distance still matter.

New players begin in RimHeart, a safe central town with food, beds, guides, and a gateway into the Wild. Beyond it: real Hard+ survival, danger, and adventure.

Find a world worth returning to. 🌲
