EFT5HMP is a Java Edition Minecraft server focused on hardcore play. It runs with version 1.21.11 and offers a strict survival experience where lasting through the danger is the core challenge.

Players on EFT5HMP engage in high-stakes survival moments, testing their limits in a world where only the most persistent survive. The hardcore tag signals permadeath-like stakes, and the Lithuanian description reinforces a demanding, active community where only the resilient stay engaged. The server’s regional focus is Lithuania, which informs its language and local community dynamics.

The server runs on Java Edition hardware with a likely Spigot or vanilla setup, and it explicitly includes a Discord community for players to connect outside the game. The combination of a dedicated forum of players and a steady version track (1.21.11) points to ongoing maintenance and active participation from its community.

Joining EFT5HMP is straightforward for players who want to try true hardcore Minecraft. The address to connect is 4x6ctubsba0dynqtraz3.t.craftip.net, and players should use its join process through the usual Minecraft server entry. For more details or community chat, players can look to its website or its Discord for guidance and setup tips.

Sources corroborate the server’s presence and addressing style, its hardcore Java setup and Lithuanian community focus, plus the CraftIP-tied access pattern that aligns with the stated join address. (supergames.lt)
