Parallel SMP Minecraft server

Parallel SMP is a Java Edition Minecraft server described as a semi-vanilla survival experience that emphasizes open-world exploration and ongoing lore-driven content. Its game modes are centered around a scripted SMP setup with cross-play elements and a dedicated FFA option used for recordings. The server targets players who enjoy a vanilla-style survival foundation with added scripted content and multiworld exploration.

Players on Parallel SMP can expect a blend of traditional survival gameplay with unique in-game features designed for content creation and on-server events. The FFA mode exists to facilitate recordings, while the main scripted environment focuses on character-driven storytelling and custom weapons that are accessible to main cast in that context. The server is built to support cross-play between Java Edition players and its broader community, including a Discord presence for coordination and updates.

The server runs on Java Edition, with support for versions around 1.20.x and beyond, and is based in the United States. It lists a Java address for joining: 172.240.69.29:25574, and notes that players join via its own website for information and community details, rather than relying on third-party lists alone. Those who want to play should use the exact join address when connecting, and then follow the standard Minecraft client prompts to select the same version and flavor of the server as described.

Its website and social channels provide guidance on how to engage with the community and participate in events, and the server’s public messaging emphasizes a focus on collaboration, content creation, and player-driven exploration.
