Gyrax's FTB Skies 2 Server Minecraft server

Gyrax's FTB Skies 2 Server is a Java Edition modded Minecraft server focused on skyblock and survival gameplay. The pack version currently listed alongside the server data aligns with 1.22.0, and the server itself runs on Minecraft version 1.21.1 as the client target. These elements place it squarely in the modded skyblock niche, offering floating-island progression, resource management, and exploration within a tightly themed environment.

What players actually do on the Gyrax network is build and expand floating empires, complete quests and goals within the FTB Skies 2 package, and interact with a custom set of enhancements described by Gyrax. The server notes its own custom Essentials mod for QoL tweaks and a bespoke Votifier for rewards, aiming to smooth the gameplay loop and reward activity. The experience is designed to be accessible to new players while offering depth for returning ones, with a focus on stability and continuity across play sessions in a skybound setting.

The server suits players who enjoy skyblock survival with a modular modpack, a casual or co-op vibe, and a sense of progression that comes from expanding a floating base. Joining is straightforward for those who know the address, and players can access its features through its website or its Discord on the Gyrax network, but the join address must be used exactly as provided: skies2.gyrax.net. Its website and its Discord provide the official channels for information, updates, and community events.
