HeartRivenSMP at a glance

HeartRivenSMP is a Java Edition Minecraft server built around a dark fantasy Lifesteal gameplay loop with an emphasis on survival, territory, and player-driven conflict. It combines an economy with factions-style play, DTR mechanics, and dungeon content to create a progression-focused experience where players can level jobs, earn coins, trade in shops and an auction house, and pursue custom bosses and rare drops.

Players on HeartRivenSMP engage in faction creation and land claiming while managing their life total. Hearts stolen from opponents and the risk of losing hearts in combat shape strategic decisions, base defense, and raiding dynamics. The server aims to stay fair and non-pay-to-win by keeping ranks, crates, and cosmetics separate from combat power, focusing on identity, convenience, and community support perks.

The server is positioned for players who enjoy solo survival as well as group grind and PvP engagement, including builders, traders, and those who relish risk, teamwork, and tactical play. It operates on Java Edition and supports version 26.3. A Discord community is available for players who want to connect outside of in-game play, and joining is straightforward for existing Java players.

To join, use heartriven.com. Its website contains the primary information for access and setup, and its Discord offers a companion community. The experience is framed by a focus on danger and progression, with a world that rewards smart choices and collaboration in a balanced, competitive setting.

In the server's own words

eartRiven is a dark fantasy Lifesteal DTR Factions SMP built around danger, progression, and player-driven conflict. Every fight matters: steal hearts from enemies, protect your own life total, build a faction, claim land, and defend your base before your DTR falls and your territory becomes raidable. The server blends competitive SMP survival with long-term progression. Players can level jobs, earn coins through the economy, trade through shops and the auction house, collect cosmetic rewards, upgrade gear, unlock custom enchants, and prepare for dungeon content with custom bosses and rare drops. HeartRiven is designed to stay fair and non-pay-to-win. Ranks, crates, and cosmetics focus on style, convenience, identity, and support perks without selling combat power. Whether you are a solo survivor, faction leader, grinder, trader, builder, or PvP player, the world rewards risk, teamwork, and smart choices.
