Tax Evasion SMP is a Java Edition Minecraft server centered on an authentic SMP experience. It emphasizes open-world building and player-driven play, with PvP allowed at any time and no land-claiming restrictions, aligning with a freer, more chaotic sandbox vibe.

Players can engage in grinding, fighting, or constructing ambitious builds, hang out with friends, or simply explore and enjoy a relaxed, “trust-based” community. The server explicitly avoids pay-to-win mechanics and overly restrictive rules, focusing instead on practical guidelines like keeping griefing and stealing out while discouraging toxicity.

Targeted toward players who want freedom and social interaction, the server aims to attract casual to mid-core builders and PvP-minded adventurers who value unstructured play sessions. It supports Java Edition users and runs on a version labeled 26.3, suggesting ongoing updates to match current Minecraft content.
