GenSMP Minecraft server

GenSMP is a Java Edition Minecraft server that blends anarchy and classic SMP survival with vanilla textures and mechanics. It runs on Java Edition and supports version 1.21.1, inviting players who want a large, persistent world with room for 1,000+ players. The server sits in the United States and offers a Discord community for players to connect outside of the game. Players join through its website or its Discord for updates and announcements.

At GenSMP, players engage in a generator-economy system where gens provide passive income, players can stack and upgrade generators up to 10 tiers, and raiding others can yield half of their loot. The experience is enhanced by an auction house, crates, leaderboards, and live events, with voting providing free keys. The server features anarchy-style play alongside traditional survival and vanilla gameplay.

Who this server suits best are those who enjoy economic systems, competitive raiding, and community-driven events within a large, spacious environment. It emphasizes a no pay-to-win policy and offers a structured progression through gens and upgrades while maintaining a dynamic player-driven economy.

Joining is straightforward for Java Edition players: connect using the Java address play.gensmp.com. The server also maintains a presence on its Discord for community interaction and updates, and players can rely on its website for official information and announcements.
