The Greg SMP at a glance

The Greg SMP is a Java Edition Minecraft survival network featuring two distinct experiences on one address: a long-term community survival world and a semi‑anarchy mode with minimal rules. The main survival server emphasizes enhanced vanilla gameplay, player economy, custom content, shops and trading, and world exploration, all aimed at players who enjoy building, grinding, and trading without a heavy modded or minigame focus. The other experience, Greg’s Semi‑Anarchy, drops many safeguards to enable PvP, raiding, and rivalries, while still keeping the world’s survival feel at the core.

⛏ THE GREG SMP — TWO SERVERS. ONE NETWORK.

IP: play.thegregsmp.com

Welcome to The Greg SMP, a Minecraft survival network built around long-term worlds, player freedom, and actual survival gameplay.

Choose how you want to play:

🌎 THE GREG SMP

Our main survival experience.

Build a base, explore the world, trade with other players, and make your mark on a community-driven SMP. The Greg SMP expands on survival without turning Minecraft into an entirely different game.

Features include: ✦ Enhanced survival gameplay ✦ Custom content & unique mechanics ✦ Player economy ✦ Shops & trading ✦ Custom items ✦ Beautiful world generation ✦ Ranks & progression ✦ Active development ✦ Regular updates ✦ No mods required

Whether you want to build, grind, trade, explore, or just hang out, The Greg SMP is designed to be a survival world worth sticking around in.

⚔️ GREG'S SEMI-ANARCHY

Want fewer rules?

Semi-Anarchy strips away most of the restrictions of a traditional SMP and lets players decide what happens.

🔥 Minimal rules 💀 PvP 💣 Raiding 🏚 Griefing ⚔️ Rivalries & alliances 🌎 Survival-focused gameplay 🚫 No land claims protecting everything you own

Build far away and stay hidden. Form an alliance. Start a war. Become rich. Betray your friends. Hunt other players.

Your base is only as safe as you make it.

Semi-Anarchy keeps enough moderation to keep the server playable while leaving the actual world largely in the hands of its players.

⭐ WHY THE GREG SMP?

We're building a network for players who actually enjoy Minecraft survival.

Not a giant minigame network. Not a server overloaded with menus. Not a world where everything interesting is locked behind a paywall.

Just Minecraft, expanded.
