GroundZero at a glance

GroundZero is a modded Minecraft server focused on zombie survival with roleplay and SMP elements. It runs on Minecraft Java Edition and is currently aligned with a Forge-based modpack designed for version 1.20.1, offering an ambitious mix of mods and custom plugin systems that shape a connected, evolving world.

Players participate in a player-driven economy and factional gameplay, where they can take on roles such as guards, run businesses, defend convoys, and engage with a drug production and black market system. The world features modded weapons, PvP zones, base building and raiding, and various POIs to explore, all within a community-driven development cycle that adds new cities and content over time.

GroundZero is well-suited for players who enjoy deep immersion, tactical combat, and long-term character progression within a survival RP framework. The server supports players on its Java platform and promotes a community-centric experience. Joining involves obtaining the official GroundZero modpack from its Discord, importing it through CurseForge, and then entering the server via the Java address provided in Discord.

Its main online presence includes a Discord community and its CurseForge modpack page, with the server’s own description describing a zombie survival RP world built through live development. Players should follow its Discord to access the modpack and the join IP, which is shared in the server’s announcements and in its Discord.
