Parallel - Semi-Vanilla SMP [1.21.11+]
Rifts to other worlds!

Parallel at a glance

Parallel is a Java Edition Minecraft server presented as a semi-vanilla SMP with a multiworld setup. It features economy and survival gameplay within a vanilla framework, enhanced by rifts that connect players to custom, differently themed worlds. The server emphasizes open-world exploration and dungeon crawling, with a lore-driven narrative that players can participate in if they wish.

Players on Parallel explore, trade in an active Shopping District, tackle custom dungeons, and interact with recurring NPC-like characters as part of the server’s lore. Proximity voice chat, pets, custom note block music, and a range of new items are among the quality-of-life features that supplement vanilla mechanics, all while maintaining a lagless environment thanks to dedicated hardware. Players are encouraged to team up for adventures, take part in regular server events, and contribute to the evolving story since April 2020.

The server targets players seeking a communal, immersive sandbox where exploration and open-world play take center stage. It suits builders, explorers, and those who enjoy a structured economy and citizen-driven lore within a friendly, help-focused community.

To join, use the IP play.parallelmc.org, and then follow the prompts to connect in-game. Its website and its Discord host the primary channels for updates, events, and rule clarifications, ensuring new recruits can quickly integrate into the community.
