Build The Earth: Team Hong Kong - Macau Minecraft server

Build The Earth: Team Hong Kong - Macau is a Java Edition Minecraft server that participates in the global Build The Earth project. The HKMU team focuses on recreating Hong Kong and Macau at a 1:1 scale, using a creative playstyle to build detailed urban environments. The server runs on Java Edition and is listed with a version of 1.21.10, aligning with the broader BTE toolkit used by the HKMU team.

Players on this server contribute to large-scale builds and 1:1 recreations, working within a Creative game mode to shape landmarks, streets, and districts that reflect real locations in Hong Kong and Macau. The team’s aims center on showcasing local features through Minecraft and sharing progress via the HKMU community, while remaining part of the official Build The Earth network. The server’s presence is associated with its team identity, not a conventional minigame or competitive arena.

This server is suited to builders who want to work collaboratively on intricate, real-world recreations in a focused, 1:1 scale project. It is positioned for players who enjoy long-term, project-based building rather than drop-in PvP or survival play. The join address is play.btehkmu.com, and players can learn more about joining and community goals through its website. The HKMU team operates as part of Build The Earth, aiming to promote and celebrate the architecture and character of Hong Kong and Macau through Minecraft.

Its HKMU branding and 1:1 scale goal are consistent with Build The Earth’s mission to map the world in Minecraft, and it is identified specifically as the Hong Kong–Macau team. The server’s Java-only platform, Creative mode, and version alignment reflect its focus on construction and visualization rather than minigames or combat-oriented play. Those interested in joining should connect to the official join point and engage with the 1:1 build effort under the Team HKMU banner.
