MinedHype.com Survival Multiplayer Server at a glance

MinedHype.com Survival Server is a long-running public SMP (Survival Multiplayer) server that supports both Java and Bedrock players through cross-play. It runs on a versions line around 26.3 and emphasizes a mainly vanilla survival experience with protections in place. The server advertises a focus on a grief-prevented world where players can explore, build, and trade in a large, shared Overworld and Nether that will not be reset.

In gameplay terms, players can use features like random teleportation to locate a comfortable home via /rtp and then set a home for ongoing play. The server uses CoreProtect to help protect builds and maintains a public shopping district where players can apply to host shops. Grief is allowed in unclaimed areas, and there is no economy plugin or pay-to-win mechanics. The server supports a Bedrock and Java cross-Play setup, making it accessible to a wider range of players.

MinedHype targets a United States audience, with a location-based identity tied to Las Vegas, Nevada, and it markets itself as no-whitelist and no-pay-2-win. It maintains a public rules page and an array of community features, including a Discord, a build gallery, and various community maps and events. This makes it suitable for players who enjoy a stable, long-term survival environment with active player shops and public projects.

Joining is straightforward and relies on the handle provided by the server: play.minedhype.com. Players on Java Edition will connect via the standard Java port, while Bedrock users can connect through the Bedrock port, enabling cross-Play for those who wish to explore a shared world across platforms. Its website serves as the primary hub for rules, events, and shop information.
