Broomstix Semi-Vanilla SMP | Trails & Tales Update at a glance

Broomstix Semi-Vanilla SMP | Trails & Tales Update is a Java Edition Minecraft server that aims to blend a vanilla experience with community-driven features. It offers Creative, Cross-play, Hardcore, PvP, SMP, Survival, and Vanilla gameplay modes, and runs on the latest Minecraft version with backward compatibility for older client versions. The server emphasizes a semi-vanilla feel while providing protections and economies typical of an active survival community.

Players on Broomstix engage in standard survival activities with added conveniences: a vanilla economy with chest shops, land protection through a stones-based system, and anti-grief tools backed by staff. The server supports a range of in-game conveniences such as private messaging, sethome, and player-to-player teleportation, as well as a شب Minecraft-Discord integration to keep the community connected even when not in-game. On Sundays, players can use /fly in the overworld, and the map is accessible via an in-game web map for planning and coordination.

The server is hosted in North America and is designed for cross-platform play between Java and Bedrock players, with no Java account required for Bedrock users. It suits players who want a friendly, safety-conscious environment with regular community activities, early access to ongoing projects, and a chest-shop-based economy. To join, players should connect to play.broomstix.net, using its platform- and version-supporting setup, and explore its website for more details and its Discord server for community channels.

Its Discord and in-game features are coordinated to foster interaction and support, including staff oversight and protections to manage disputes and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. The server’s focus on accessibility, cross-play, and a blend of classic vanilla elements with practical quality-of-life tools makes it a fit for players seeking a collaborative survival/sandbox experience with an active community.
