CrankHouse Semi-Anarchy Survival at a glance

CrankHouse Semi-Anarchy Survival is a Java Edition Minecraft server focused on a vanilla-feel survival experience with semi-anarchy elements. It runs on versions from 1.17 up to 1.20 and centers on a vanilla-minded approach to mob rates, caps, and behavior, while striving for a stable play environment for both client and non-client players.

Players on CrankHouse engage in classic survival activities with an emphasis on permit-appropriate freedom. The server supports an SMP style of play where players can explore, build, farm, and interact in a mostly unmodified world, with semi-anarchy rules that allow free exploration and interaction within the server’s policy framework.

It is accessible to Java Edition players, and join instructions are designed for direct access to the server’s world through its Java address.

Participants who enjoy a stable, hands-on survival environment with vanilla mechanics and light governance will find CrankHouse suitable. The server emphasizes compatibility across multiple 1.17–1.20 builds, a focus on vanilla-like gameplay, and a supportive, semi-open community that welcomes modded/hacked-but-controlled usage without enabling abuse. To join, use play.crankhouse.net, its website, or its Discord for community details and support.

In the server's own words

CrankHouse is a Semi-Anarchy Survival SMP and our primary goal revolves around making sure mob rates, caps, and behaviors are as vanilla as possible while also ensuring a stable play environment for client and non-client alike.

Server is currently running on versions from 1.17 to 1.20

To ensure STABILITY we have spared no expense on the most current and top-of-the-line hardware we could get our hands-on.

Although here on CrankHouse we do openly allow the usage of "modded/hacked" clients, there is a limit. This limit it here so you can use the mods/clients without being able to abuse people with what we'd consider as frowned upon hack/modules (offhand bans, chunk bans, etc) In response to these you'll be kicked automatically and repeatedly until module in question is no longer activated
