FroobWorld Minecraft server

FroobWorld is a small, long-running survival Minecraft server that appeals to players who enjoy an old-school SMP feel. It operates in Java Edition and stays close to vanilla gameplay, described by the community as semi-vanilla. The server emphasizes a straightforward, rule-based experience with standard protections against griefing, stealing, and cheating, plus chat kept PG-13 for a family-friendly vibe.

Players on FroobWorld focus on cooperative survival: building, exploring, and maintaining long-term maps with a land-claim system that has no hard size limit (within reasonable bounds). Chest access is protected with a Lockette-style locking system, and practical tools like /rtp, /home, /spawn, /tpa, and /back support navigation and collaboration across a persistent world.

This server suits players who want a stable, no-fruss environment that values collaboration over competition and appreciates features that help with shared projects. It runs in a version lineage centered around 26.3 and is designed for American players, highlighting its US-based hosting identity. To join, use the Java address s.froobworld.com on the Minecraft client; the server promotes a straightforward entry path through its own site and related community resources.
