La Boulangerie at a glance

La Boulangerie is a Java Edition Minecraft server focused on World Building and community-driven gameplay. It runs as a non-profit francophone project that emphasizes roleplay, an economy system, mcMMO, Survival, and Towny-style city-building. The server guides players into a multiplayer world where nations, cities, and religions can emerge within its Gaiartos setting, inviting players to live as traders, rulers, or influential religious figures within a shared story.

Players on La Boulangerie actually participate in developing a living world: trading as itinerant merchants, governing as emperors, or shaping faiths while interacting with other members. The server emphasizes collaborative creation and worldbuilding through its ongoing world-building narrative, organized assemblies, and community input on upcoming features. The experience is built around long-form, player-driven storytelling rather than simple mini-games.

La Boulangerie runs on the Java Edition platform and supports a recent Minecraft version; players connect using the server address mc.laboulangerie.net:25565. The server is French-speaking and has a Discord community and an official site, which helps new players get oriented and stay engaged with ongoing world-building projects.

In the server's own words
