Minetivity Minecraft server

Minetivity is a Java Edition Minecraft server that blends vanilla survival with modded elements. Its game modes include Vanilla, Minigames, and Economy, with proximity chat as a notable feature, creating a social layer that complements traditional Minecraft play. The server’s versioning aligns with a 26.3 build, signaling an ongoing emphasis on up-to-date Java Edition compatibility while maintaining familiar gameplay loops for long-time players.

Players on Minetivity engage in classic exploration, building, and community-driven activities, alongside minigames and economy-enabled interactions that encourage trading, competition, and cooperation. Proximity chat adds a sense of presence, allowing nearby voices to be heard without external voice software, which supports a more immersive, in-game social environment.

The service is positioned for Java Edition players and is geographically rooted in Norway, which can influence latency for nearby players. The server presents itself as Vanilla with modded components, appealing to players who enjoy a mostly traditional experience augmented by curated mods and social features.

Joining is straightforward for interested players. To connect, use minetivity.net on the Java Edition client, selecting multiplayer and adding the server address if needed. Its website provides the official gateway for information, updates, and community resources, while its Discord serves as the social hub for players and staff.
