MayorCraft Minecraft server

MayorCraft is a Java Edition Minecraft server centered on survival with a political twist. Its game modes include Earth, Economy, PvP, and Survival, giving players a mix of territorial play, resource gathering, and combat alongside player-driven governance.

What players actually do on MayorCraft is participate in a town- and world-building world where the mayor’s rules, laws, and perks are decided by an elected player. Elections occur every two weeks to determine the next Mayor, creating a rotating leadership that shapes gameplay and community guidelines. This structure blends free-to-play survival with a governance mechanic that can influence how players conduct their day-to-day activities.

New arrivals will find a Java-only environment designed for PvP-enabled play and economy-based interactions, all within a survival framework. The setup suits players who enjoy collaborative world-building, political dynamics, and competitive play, and it does not specify cross-compatibility with other editions. The server lists its Java address for joining as play.mayorcraft.com, and players are guided to its website for more details.

Joining MayorCraft is straightforward for Java Edition players who want to dive into a nation-sized survival experience governed by elections. The server’s focus on a rotating Mayor, combined with Earth-scale maps and economy features, makes it appealing to players who want a community-driven, competitive survival world. Its Australian location helps niche players in that region connect with low-latency gameplay.
