Elarian Hollow at a glance

Elarian Hollow is a Java Edition server focused on a dark high-fantasy survival experience. It runs as a semi-vanilla SMP with PvP and griefing enabled, no land-claim plugins, and no economy shortcuts. The world emphasizes exploration, danger, and emergent storytelling rather than hand-holding systems, and it uses Paper for stability while preserving vanilla mechanics.

Players explore, build, and interact in a world where structures and communities arise from player action. The server encourages conflict, alliances, and rivalries that develop naturally, with teleportation limited to spawn and personal homes to balance risk and downtime. Its atmosphere draws on gothic fantasy and classic adventure, rewarding curiosity and long-term survival.

Elarian Hollow suits players who want weighty consequences to their in-game choices and a setting where actions shape the ongoing story. It supports cross-play between Java and Bedrock editions, and the community tends to appeal to those who enjoy long-form survival, exploration, and player-driven narratives.

We run a Semi-Vanilla survival experience with PvP and griefing enabled, no land-claim plugins, and no economy shortcuts. Every structure you see was built by players who survived the world to make it happen.
