Durian SMP Minecraft server

DurianSMP is a Java Edition Minecraft server centered on a small, mature, vanilla-style survival experience. The server runs on version 26.2 and is hosted from the United States, aligning with a calm, laid-back community vibe rather than high-intensity PvP or minigame focus.

In terms of what players actually do here, DurianSMP emphasizes a lightweight, friendly survival environment where bigotry, griefing, stealing, and jerkish behavior are not tolerated. The server is whitelist-based and encourages joining via its Discord community to complete the whitelisting process. This suggests a community-driven, trust-based play style with an emphasis on camaraderie and respectful interaction.

Who this server suits is clear from its description: players seeking a relaxed, small-playerbase atmosphere in a vanilla workflow. It supports Java Edition and targets players who want a calm, mature crowd, with simple, unobtrusive features rather than complex plugins or economies. Joining is done by contacting the Discord for whitelisting, and the official join address is duriansmp.duckdns.org:5000, which players use to connect when whitelisted. Its website hosts the server’s information, while its Discord hosts the whitelisting steps and updates about Season Two.

Its website provides the primary source of information for this server, and its Discord is used for the whitelisting process and ongoing community updates.
