SunSMP at a glance

SunSMP is a Java Edition Minecraft server that centers on survival with a crafted blend of features. It runs on a unique 26.2+ build and offers classic SMP gameplay fused with an economy system, mcMMO, parkour challenges, and a focus on grief-free, community-driven play. Its branding text highlights a dedicated, survival-oriented community with regular, themed content such as dungeons and events.

Players on SunSMP can expect to build, explore, and survive in a cooperative environment while engaging with custom furniture and items, plus Zelda-style dungeons that include puzzles, animated parkour, and boss encounters. The economy element lets players earn in-game money and unlock free ranks by playing, alongside access to legendary gear through dungeon play. Staff are described as active and fair, aiming to keep gameplay balanced and free of grief.

SunSMP targets Java Edition players and is based in the United States. The join address is mp.sunsmp.com and, in practice, players download the server’s client-side experience and join via this address using their Minecraft launcher. For additional information, players can refer to its website or its Discord for community updates and support, then connect using the Java address once to start playing.
