The Untamed at a glance

The Untamed is a Java Edition Minecraft server that centers on survival-style play with factions options and a vanilla feel. The server lists three main game modes: Factions, Survival, and Vanilla, all running on version 1.21.11.

Players who log in to The Untamed engage in open-world survival within the constraints of a large world arranged by a 30 million by 30 million block border. This setup invites exploration, base-building, and faction-era strategy without the need for complex modifications. The server emphasizes a mostly vanilla experience, with emphasis on player-driven play rather than scripted attractions, and it supports a community atmosphere through a Discord server for feedback and updates.

The server can be joined by players using Java Edition from compatible platforms, ensuring people in the region or nearby can experience reasonable latency. The owner states the ability to adjust server RAM if lag becomes an issue, signaling a hands-on approach to performance. It is described as having a Discord community for feedback and changes, and players can expect a straightforward joining process through the server’s own setup on its website and through its community channels.
