FreebuildSMP Minecraft server

FreeBuildSMP is a Java Edition Minecraft server focused on freeform building and survival play, with an economy layer to support trading and wealth growth. The server supports multiple modes and themes, notably an SMP experience blended with survival mechanics and an economy system that emphasizes players building, farming, and collaborating in a shared world. Its dedicated site and listing describe the core experience as a persistent world where players create and manage their own builds while engaging in server-wide activities.

Players can expect activities centered on building, farming, trading, and completing in-game tasks to earn currency and advance through ranks. The server showcases a number of custom systems intended to enrich the experience, including an item-hunt event system (ItemRally), a tiered rank progression (Der Oberst), a pet/companion feature, and a flight-time shop for aerial exploration. There are also in-world options for customizing skins, managing land protection, and participating in job-based economy activities. Crossplay support extends to Bedrock editions on other platforms, enabling broader access while keeping a Java-only IP for the main server.

The server is Germany-based and presents a wide array of features designed to empower player-driven progress, base-building, and economic play. It emphasizes fair play with measures to prevent cheating, supports labor and commerce through a shop and job system, and provides in-world NPCs that guide progression and rewards. It is advertised as online 24/7 and is joined via its Java IP, which is given as spiel.freebuildsmp.de. Its website and its Discord are noted as available for additional information and community interaction.
