BambooSMP Minecraft server

BambooSMP is a Java Edition survival server designed as a friendly, grief-free SMP experience. It runs in a Vanilla-style framework with tweaks to enhance quality of life, and it supports cross-play with Bedrock users via the same address.

Players on BambooSMP participate in a classic survival routine with a twist: custom jobs, fishing, farming, and land claims provide structure and a sense of progression. There are weekly events and exclusive rewards that help keep the community engaged, while a straightforward rank system lets players climb from Bud to Bamboo. The server emphasizes a cooperative, non-toxic environment where builds and projects can grow over time without world resets.

Who BambooSMP suits: players who enjoy a laid-back, community-driven survival experience with official Discord support and a strong emphasis on peaceful play. It’s accessible to Java Edition players and also accommodates Bedrock players through Geyser, using the same join address. It’s a suitable home for builders, farmers, and explorers who appreciate a stable world without resets and with land-claim mechanics that protect player work.

Joining BambooSMP is simple. Players add the server to their Minecraft client, select Java Edition, and connect using the join address org.bamboosmp.net. Its website explains how to jump in, read the hub signs, and participate in the shared farming and public-claim areas. For ongoing chatter and support, the Discord community is available and active.
