Playblocks Minecraft server

Playblocks is a Java Edition Minecraft server network that centers on Earth-themed survival with economy and progression features. Its game modes include Cross-play, Earth SMP, Economy, mcMMO, and Survival, offering a blend of large-scale world-building and competitive gameplay. The server runs on a Java address and supports a 1:500 scale Earth map for its Earth SMP realm, inviting players to start towns and live out their plans on a globally scaled terrain.

Players on Playblocks can explore custom content and farm progress through quests, boss fights, and rewards earned by voting with /vote. The experience is reinforced by no-griefing rules and optional PvP, creating a flexible community where cooperation and personal choice shape the play style. The server also features custom items that work across Bedrock and Java, giving players a shared toolset across platforms.

The network is described as large and US-based, with a Discord community to connect players. It supports a range of versions and environments, including cross-play between Java and Bedrock where relevant. To join, use org.playblocks.net, and then follow the in-game prompts to access the Earth SMP realm, Power SMP realm, and other activities on its website or its Discord for community updates and events. The server emphasizes a friendly, adventure-driven environment and ongoing events like Apocalypse Earth Saturdays to keep the world active and engaging for long-term play.
