United Lands at a glance

United Lands is a Java Edition server centered on a Towny-driven Earth SMP experience, with a 1:500 scale map that lets nations claim large territories while keeping upkeep low. The server emphasizes geopolitical play, wars, and an economy without pay-to-win advantages, and features a cross-play environment that includes support for Bedrock and Java players. Its German origins are reflected in its community and playerbase, while the in-game world is designed to encourage nation-building, diplomacy, and large-scale conflicts.

Players on United Lands engage in building towns, forming nations, and running a player-driven economy. They can participate in roleplay-style events, engage in PvP and PvE combat, and take part in nation-level politics and wars using the server’s custom war system and town protection via Towny. The economy is player-created, with no Admin Shops, and players may operate their own shops through portals and warps. The experience also highlights unique items and a variety of agriculture-themed goods, all within a framework that rewards strategic planning and collaboration.

The service runs 24/7 and is accessible to both Bedrock and Java players, with joining instructions invoking play.unitedlands.net as the join address. The server provides a map and live resources via its dedicated map portal, and its official site and Discord community offer further information and support. This server is designed for players who enjoy long-term geopolitical campaigns, clan-based gameplay, and expansive town- and nation-building in a persistent world.
